TRUNK WILL NOT OPEN

Trunk will not open with button or key fob

There is no key to put into the trunk and it does not open even with the car running

It can be trunk cable issue or the latch issue which gets open/close. It has to be inspected.

Sounds like the trunk latch has failed and will need to be replaced.
You can fold down the back part of the back seat and pull the release handle.

Open the trunk  by lowering the back of the rear seat, have someone press the button on the dash to release the trunk, probe the trunk tracer wire for voltage while the button is pressed.

If no voltage received then latch has to be replaced.
The latch is about 115.00 dollars.

See below trunk latch diagram
